Choosing the correct Expansion Cylinder is key to your enlargement progress.

We have created a new type of cylinder for your pleasure and enjoyment.

Vacu-Tech’s new Elliptical design combines our ThickWall concept with an oval shape to maximize your thickness and length. The opening is shaped to more naturally conform to the shape of your penis, as most are not perfectly round.

These new cylinders work perfectly for both beginning and advanced pumpers. You will notice how much quicker you pack your cylinder and get extra length.

These extra comfortable cylinders produce the quickest enlargement of all cylinders we have tested, both ours and our competitors.

Elliptical ThickWall Cylinders are available in six sizes and 9" or 10" lengths. Be sure to measure first and then choose your size below.

As these cylinders are hand crafted, there can be a small variance in size.

Our largest Elliptical ThickWall (2 ¼" x 2 ¾" x 10") can be used for your penis and scrotum at the same time!

How to Determine your Elliptical ThickWall Cylinder Size

Measure your penis using the instructions below to pick a cylinder size from our conversion chart. With a correct measurement, we will manufacture a cylinder that fits properly and provides maximum expansion and comfort.

1. Wrap a string around the ERECT shaft
near the base.

2. Mark where the string overlaps itself with a pen (see blue arrow).

3. Lay string flat and measure the distance between the two marks with a ruler.

NOTE: Be sure to use a non-stretchable string to take your measurement. A tailors tape or flexible ruler will not provide accurate measurements. Standard cylinder length is 9 inches. Please measure accurately as cylinders cannot be returned or exchanged for health reasons.
